- Marketing & Consulting Services: Strategy planning, advertising campaigns, SEO, branding, and all customized marketing work.

- Store Development Services: Custom-built eCommerce stores, website design, integrations, and any other development services.

- Membership & Subscription Fees: Any ongoing membership, retainer, or subscription-based consulting fees are non-refundable, regardless of usage.

- Digital Products & Content: Any downloadable or virtual products, such as eBooks, templates, guides, or online training.

2.2 Limited Refunds for Physical Products (If Applicable)

If we operate an online store selling physical products, refunds or exchanges may be granted under the following strict conditions:

- The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

- Refunds are only processed for defective or damaged items due to manufacturing faults, not customer misuse.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer must cover return shipping fees unless otherwise specified.

3.1 Service Cancellations

- Once a service has commenced, it cannot be canceled for a refund. This includes marketing campaigns, consulting hours, and store-building projects.

- If a cancellation request is made before work has begun, a partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion, subject to an administrative fee of 25% of the total order value.

3.2 Product Order Cancellations

- Physical product orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

- Once an order has been shipped, no cancellations or refunds will be issued except in cases of defective or damaged items (see Section 2.2).
